Precision Training Speed Ladder is the ideal training aid for SAQ training forcing the feet to adapt to fast patterns of footwork by repeating the excercises.
This ladder will engage your feet enabling it to change quickly to foot workouts by repeating the exercises. When using the agility ladder you can adapt to different combinations very swiftly. It is a sturdy and robust piece of equipment.
Available in 4m and 8m long.
