Overview

Ulster Rugby’s home is the new and impressive Kingspan Stadium, formerly Ravenhill rugby grounds, in Belfast.  As part of its technologically advanced redevelopment, a state-of-the-art Strength and Conditioning unit was established to ensure a well coordinated approach to this vital area of team fitness.

Equipment & Layout

Podium 4 Sport was selected to provide Ulster Rugby with £250,000 of high-quality Samson Strength and Conditioning Equipment to improve players’ speed, stamina and power. We are proud that our equipment is contributing to the overall strength and conditioning of the Ulster squad, and helping the team to play to its full potential at world level.
